We have bought a hob from Cata Appliances Ltd. from Guwahati, Assam whereby we got a promise of after sale service. However, when the hob did not function, the same service dealers started making excuses that they can't provide the service due to technician shortage. This went on for a month, and finally when we took the hob itself to their service station, they again gave us false promise that they would be able to fix it within 3 days time. After 3 days, when we went back to collect the hob, it was still in the same condition.
Later, we called up Delhi head office of Cata and the customer service said they will register the complaint and send the technician to our house within 48hours. It has already been days waiting for that 48 hours and we have not recieved any progress . Not even the complaint registry was done when called and checked the last. Was this information helpful? |
