Cbse has declared about the timings, that it should be around 45hours in a week.Sir can we private school teachers know about the salary structure ? Its a mystery for us. Simply we are exploited by our employers. No where you have fixed the salary of private cbse schools teachers. Daily you are announcing the rules and regulations of the cbse schools but what about the teacher's salary .Who will fixed the salary ?
Atleast you should declare the minimum wages of the teachers.Sir have some pity on those teachers. Those teachers who are gathering pillars for our better community &society. The teachers who are sacrificing their days and nights for the betterment of their students . Its really ironical their students having their own car and house but teachers are still having two wheeler and rented house .Sir is it justice? Please think over it.
Have we done any mistake by choosing teaching profession ?We are teachers by choice not by chance... Earlier it was my passion to teach but now days I am repenting on my decision.
