CC Avenue — Txn amount debited from bank but txn failed on merchant site | |||||
HI, I had made a txn on 14th Nov, 15 through portal.actcorp.in for my internet connection bill. Amount of Rs. 741/- debited from my bank account but txn had failed at merchant site. And my bank people also confirmed that amount had been deducted by CCAvenue.com payment gateway but BeamTelecom(Act Corp) had confirmed that txn had not success. So, kindly look at the issue and also I have attached screenshot of debited bank txn. Kindly look at this issue and revert back me as soon as possible. Txn No :[protected] Date of txn : 14th Nov, 15 Amount : 741 Rs/- Even i had contacted ccavenue customer care people over phone, chat and mail but till now I hadn't get any solution for it they simply always escapes by closing chat or call. Over mail till now i didnt get atleast a confirmation mail. So, I would like to large complaint on it with cheating case too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
