[Resolved]  Ccavenue — regarding money transaction

i have Recharged my mobile phone with recharge it now .com through syndicate net banking .it transferred my payment through cc avenue gate way and it revealed that he had transferred my 50Rs to merchant but it does not occurred. and my 50Rs has been deducted and my mobile phone was not recharged.so please give me solution for this.
