[Resolved]  Celkon — Mobile under warranty yet to be received

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have submitted my Celkon A 15 mobile with Adviteeyaa Enterprises Kukatpally hyderabad on[protected] as there was touch screen problem vide IMEI/MEID No [protected] ELS DATE[protected]. It has been more than 20 days and yet the service centre is unable to rectify the problem. I request you to please give necessary instructions to the service centre to rectify the problem and hand over my mobile set without further delay failing which I may not have other option than approaching the consumer forum for justice.
