I am N.Venkateswarulu i purchased one cenkon a9 dual phone on 22.04.2014. from this time two times mobile problem came and rectify the ringer problem . before 4 days back touch is not worked so i went to service center . they check simply it is touch problem due to water.you pay the 900rs. amount it will be ready. but same mobile after two days it is worked without touch replace but camera is not showing correct image. again i went to service center again they are not cheked my mobile but they told this is water problem and not respose my words. they changing simple problem only they will attend big prblem they asking amount. but my position it is warranty period remaining 6 months in future if any problem coming in that mobile they told like that . pls. rectify the problem . shop persons are not clear response they told u send mail to any place i don't care like that. pls. help and rectify. i attached my bill copy. service center name A to Z shope near C.R.
