Celkon — They promised me to give new phone celkon a64

Repected Sir I am sudheer jalli i have purchased a celkon A64 mobile on[protected] with IMEI N0 [protected] WITH 1 year warranty . Suddenly it fell down and stopped working the physical condition was good but the touch screen was not working WITH 6 months warranty so i consulted celkon coustmer care of my town named SAKETH EXCELLENT MOBILE COMUNICATION ELURU WEST GODAVARI ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA celkon service centre. They checked it and said we will try, and later they said that it cannot be done so we are sending it to our head office on[protected] they registered it and i have asked for stand by phone they have ignored it by saying we dont give any stand by and said they were sending my phone to head office or somewhere it would take 25 to 30 days for it . After wating 30 days i went to coustmer service they told me it would take 25 to 30 days again to my surprise i asked them again no they said it said its already over after wasting a warranty time of 1 month 15 days . After 45 working days they havent contacted me but i went back to see about any update they have handed me a phone worth half of it and said its the only peice they have A300 OR Something so i asked them that you promised me that i would get a new piece but they are not at all interested in listening they said i[censored] want IT take or they will send it back so i said no . I met with their manager he said the same i asked them to give me stand by phone and after a little discussion they offered me a stand by phone and send me and i asked them that i want my phone with the same configuration or money they said it would take another 15 days for that and promised to give me a piece . After another 15 days i went back with out any update they have offered me same piece literately with almost good chances of getting back to them with problems of any kind so i asked them that i have gave a good phone but they answered its what u asked for gave me a BAD phone with same configuration they mentioned said that i asked FOR IT i said the screen was very bad on this one they simply said its your problem with cost of 200 it can be changed so i asked them again i have gave u a new phone they have no interest in answering my problem and said its what u asked for . They have no interest in taking coustmer problems both coustmer care and the company CELKON i lost my faith in both of them . SIR i sincerely request you to look forward into my problem to get a phone with atleast good quality instead of sending me back to coustmer care which i have lost hope . To my surprise one of they lady agent of coustmer service is very much arrogant and not at all ready to answer any kind of problems she says if you want take or go to **** whatever it is what they got and what the company sends them . SIR I AM SERIOUSLY IGNORING THIS COMPANY WITH VERY POOR SERVICES FOR MY FUTURE REFERENCES SO KINDLY TAKE MY ISSUE WITH A SIMPLE CONSIDERATION AND GIVE ME BACK THE WORTH THAT I HAVE ASKED FOR . THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN TAKING IT I JUST WANT A NEW ONE OR MY MONEY I LOST AND I LOST ALL FAITH IN IT. So i kindly request you to look into my problem Thanking you sir YOURS SINCERELY SUDHEER JALLI

Its my painfull duty to inform you about the whereabouts of previous complaint . But there is no response why should i be complaining which is not taken care of. the cell phone i have purchased has got complaint again the screen was blank i took it CS coustmer service what they said is there is no availability of this piece touch in warranty if iam willing to 1500 they can provide it . The coustmer service people litterly ignored me and quarreled me that i asked for it. i am surprised to see what i have purchased was celkon a64 with a mother board complaint and what they gave me is same piece with low standards i asked them again they igonerd it. so again today i went with touch problem which they are not at all ready to provide if company provides. AND THE PEOPLE OVER THERE ARE REALLY ARROGANT AND SAID ME to GET OUT just because i am asking about my warranty and they said there is no avalability of touch screen. How come they can provide me touch if i pay 1500 for 4000 phone and not in warranty i insisted but they said they are not interested in my topic or my phone. its been 9 months i have purchased my phone with 1 year warranty its the second time i got complaint about it . the previous complaint was not taken care of so i am writing it to you again.now they are saying its not possible get out. i have faced a worst situation from a CS of celkon which was a stupid piece hence forth i will not be writing any complaint about celkon or any thing . WHY SHOULD I WRITE A COMPLAINT WHICH WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OFF WHY SIR. IF AT ALL YOU ARE INTERESTED U CANT TAKE ANY ACTION LEAVE IT ITS MY WASTE OF TIME AND I AM NOT INTERESETED ABOUT COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING WHICH WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OFF STILL THEY SAID ME TO GO OUT AND GET IT DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH WARRANTY WHY SHOULD I BE GOING WITH WARRNTY INSTEAD OF COUSTMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE OVER THERE ARE VERY RUDE, EVERY ONE IS GOING OUTSIDE JUST BECAUSE OF THEM
