Celkon — Touch screen Problem.

I purchased celkon A107 android mobile in Dec 2013 at Big C Anantapur. Its touch is now working. There is one year warranty for my mobile when i had taken my mobile to the service center they noted the information and said we will call after your mobiles touch pad will be in stock. Its been completed nearly 45 days there is no such a call from service center. PLEASE HELP ME.
