I provided my laptop to www.cellexa.com for services like USB ports not functioning, Keyboard not working & Speakers not working.
I was told that everything will be done after replacement of Motherboard IC which will cost approx 4500 INR.
After replacement of IC their technician & executives told me that only one USB port will be functioning & I have to pay extra for Speaker & key board replacement, for speaker they also charged 900 Rs. They said that 2 USB ports are damaged & not available in market so they will provide USB Hub which costs around 100~150 INR in market.
I have laptop with me after partial payment of 1000 Rs.
Now all their technician & cellexa.com management are forcing me to pay rest amount of 4000 rs & threatening me.
Their courier guy visiting my home to take back the laptop which is my property.
I have all the conversation recording & now cellexa head threatening me to pay the whole amount of get the IC removed which can cause damage to motherboard too. Was this information helpful? |
