CellOne — Wrong billing | |||
I am user of cellone Maharastra since last several years, my averge bill never exceed 700/- but the current bill this month i.e. Feb2016 they claimed it as 1690/- which is next to impossible. I have serious issue against them as I have one add on number on this which have limit of 500MB usage for which I pay 75/- and normally when the limits ends they stop net but here they claims that usage is too much.. I need TRAI to look into this as Cellone callcenter never attend any calls nor answer such queries. I will be lodging complaint with TRAI for the same as well.
