account no:[protected] holder name:Ranganayaki.V Transaction date:25/04/2015 amount debited 611.24 online complain reference no C/11062015/39346 i just tried to use my atm card to pay bank exam fee on 25/04/2015 but during that time internet connection gone out while transaction being process.so the bank debit the amount from my account for that undelivered/failed transaction and i tired to reach my branch person he said "you have to wait for one month for auto refund" and i waited for one month after that i called to central bank customer care and asked about it he said that the auto refund will be process within 24hr of failure if it is not you have to complain it in the nearest branch.Again i go to my branch and asked abt it he replied you have to write a complaint and give it to branch manager. after that day i wrote a complaint letter about it and gave it to branch manager for that he said ok we will process it and come after 7 days. after 10 days my mother gone and ask about it he replied with angry that i didn't get any complaint about it. so after that i visited the CBI website there i found complaint option with that i complained abt it but i didn't get any response. worst customer service i ever seen.
