Dear Sir, I Mr. Mithun Kumar Mahato inhabitat of village- Chainpur railway Gumhti applied for the ATM after opening my Saving Account in Central Bank of India, Mashrak(CBIN0281086). I submitted all the requisite documents asked by the bank person. And that also twice. But it was of no use. I also contacted the branch Manager but it also went in Vain.
