I am a customer of Central Bank of India, Egmore, Chennai - 600008 and I have a savings account (a/c no.: 3059103803). On 18th June 2015, I used my international debit card of Central bank of India to pay a restaurant bill of Rs.9, 540/-. But the transaction was declined. Your Export related matters are handled by Andheri Branch, as your Goregaon West Branch, where our account is operative, donot handle export remittances etc. Our request was that even if it is a small invoice value we have to pay huge amount on all above heads.
