Money keeps get deducted from my account without my knowledge even after maintaining minimum amount ....

I purchased a LED 18inch ring light from Amazon and i was returned the product on 25/07/21 and Amazon processed my refund of 3499 on 28/021 but I didn't got the money in my account then I was contact the Amazon team and ask about my refund they give me payment reference num.[protected]
and says go to bank and ask to the bank about the refund but bank has also not help me
