Sir, My name is kunal kumar and i had ordered bike cover+tds meter of ₹448 on amazon on date12/02/2021, the payment is made through UPI. Sir i have returned the bike cover and amazon initiated the refund on 18/02/2021, but i have not get it till now, they have provided Reference no[protected]. Sir i had also consulted my bank many times but the are not able to help me.
So sir please kindly respond to my complain.

In Atm machine i can withdrawal money but transaction failed or money deducted from account...

I transferred 170 rupees through Cent Mobile app using IMPS but its not credited to receiver account and the money got deducted from my account My Transaction number is[protected] and my account number is [protected] customer care does not respond to my complaint. It has been 30 hours since it happened. I haven't got my money back....

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 377 which send to my account on 19th march 2021 from amzon .in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no.[protected] and I have waiting almost 10 day but the amount didn't reflect in my account .I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account

My name is Anurita chourasiya. Actually maine 06/03/21 ko central bank ke debit card se ek transaction kiya tha amount Rs 1431 ka jo ki fail hi gaya tha pr fir bhi mere account se amount minus ho gaya tha. Waise to 24 hours me amount refund ho jata h par abki bar mera amount abhi tk refund nai hua hai.
