Central Bank Of India — Complaint about Name of other person added in my SB Account NO.[protected] | |||||
I am retired employee and holding my above SB account with your branch for more than 20 Years. This is my Salary account from my employer The New India Assurance Co. Ltd, now since i am retired this is my pension account and it is observed that since past couple of years i.e. shifting your bank transaction from manual to computerized, Name of Ravindra Jayant Desai is added to this account. originally this is joint account in my and my wife's name. I.e. Abhay Vasantrao Kulkarni & Madhuri Abhay Kulkarni. Above fact was brought to the notice of the branch staff three times in past years and every time they use to erase name of above person from my pass book manually and return the pass book. If the above person do any transactions in my account the CBI is Solely responsible for financial loss to me. Request to look into and solve my problem within eight days of receipt of this communication, failing which i am forced to go to Ombudsman to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
