Respected sir/ madam My name is K.Kumar On 09.04.2014 we approached the CENTAL BANK OF INDIA bank manager for our enquiry about educational loan. The bank manager asked me "who are you" if I was someone so famous or well renowned person then why should I approach the bank for loan . He didn't even have the courtesy to ask me to sit and insulted me a lot. He treated me badly. Is this how a branch manager behaves to a customer . It has hurted me a lot.
