Central Bank Of India — Facing problem i.e.status settled record not printed from NEFT Enquiry menu from 1/9/16

I am holding savings a/c.in Central Bank of India Bowbazar br.no S/B [protected] I have also enjoyed net banking facility. On 1st Sept.'16 I have done a NEFT on ALLAHABAD Bank A/c.no.[protected] IFSC Code ALLA0210361 Rs.500/- processment sucess and have got a sms ref no.CBINH[protected] after that whenever I am trying for printed hard copy record i.e. status settled record through NEFT Enquiry menu after few minutes every time showing 350 Communication time out Please try again later from 2nd Sept.'16 to as on date. Please look into the matter

I'm login in irctc side and bokked ticket .but ticket is not booked and payment deducted in mine account 2 time so i complant.
