Dear sir. i have transferred money through imps from my cbi account rs 13000/- on 04.09.2016 to my sbi account. but till to date it is not credited. imps acknowledgement shows transaction status suspected. rr no.[protected]. cbi ac no. [protected]. i have contacted branch and customer care also made email but no action is taken. it is requested that refund please be made to me at the earliest. rajendra dharma patil
