Central Bank Of India kukatpally branch — branch refused to accept my 15g form of my fixed deposit for Rs 1,00,000/-

I am having SB AC in central bank of India Kukatpally Br in name and style 'Aim prestige flat owners welfare Association: Today I did Mmdc for rs 1, 00, 000/- Then I submitted my 15 g form with pan no.But the scale 1officer refused to take my 15 g form with a reason he can not accept it from non personal accounts which is not correct.last year we submitted the same and Br accepted.This year he is refusing.please guide us in the matter and solve the problem by instructing the branch to accept
