Central Bank Of India — Mentally harassment

Harassment to provide loan from last 3 month i also deposit 50% as security money as per guidance of sections in charge. Now they want 10% extra for giveing loan. I disagreed for 10% then they say come tomorrow now i am busy. I have CD account SB account in same branch.
