Central Bank Of India — Misbehave of the bank staff | |||
I have a bank account at your esteemed organization at the Howrah branch(West Bengal ) and my account no. is [protected]. I went to the bank today, i.e. 24/06/2015 to activate my internet banking facility and to update my passbook as it was not done since the past two years as I was out of city during that duration. So one of the staff came out of the office and started shouting to me in front of everybody present in the bank and he started yelling that people like you should be on roads and should not have a bank account .he also said that we will not update your passbook. This behavior from your staff was not acceptable and it was real humiliation and harassment for me because it was urgently required to update my passbook due to make an income tax file. They were also asking me for extra charge in order to update my passbook. Such action and behavior of your employee will really hamper your image and customer relation's. So I would request to take a strict action against that employee and I would seek an apology from that particular employee in personal. I would be hoping from a prompt response from your side.
