Dear Sir/Mam This is regret to say that I, Neera Kumari, a Joint account holder having Joint account name- Pratap Singh Neera Kumari and Ramwati, A/c no- [protected], Address: Mohalla Devidas, Pin-251201, U.P, deposited a cheque amounting Rs. 36500/-, cheque no- 183023 at Khatoli Branch on 13.06.2015 but the same has not been credited to my account.
