Central Bank Of India — violation of IBA guidelines by not giving subsidy | |||
Dear Sir, I have taken a educational loan from Central Bank in the year 2010. In recent budget announcement government of India announced interest subsidy on education loans. As usual the central bank authority have also put it in their website. Bank Manager & Loan Officer of my branch are saying "we have not received any circulars regarding interest subsidy scheme, if anything comes that will be automatically added to your bank account" They are not even behaving properly & to get that information i had to visit three times to the bank. How can a bank official fool their customer & say that will be automatically added. i had also took loan in 2006 at chidambaram branch tamil nadu, through central bank of india, , , after announcement of central subsidy scheme before 2009, i was happy and got ready to pay the full loan amount atleast by borrowing, but this branch members were forcing me to pay the amount with full intrest which is three times larger than loan amount. they are not considering the announcement of finance minister in feb-17 through parliament, they are giving pressure through court, what to do now???
