No action has yet been taken by CESC against my complaint lodged with this forum on 01/11/2014.This is the fourth consecutive month no CESC staff has turned up to get the meter reading. CESC will again in this month be engaged in sending bill generated on basis of bogus meter reading submitted by its staff. Amounts of bills are abnormally high. We would request you to do some thing with a view to save us from the whimsical behaviour of CESC staff.

No action has yet been taken by cesc against my complaint lodged by me in this forum on 01/11/2014. This is the fourth consecutive month no cesc staff has turned up to get the meter reading.till date. The cesc will again be engaged in sending bills based on bogus reading submitted by its staff. The bills are really abnormal high. Please do something please.
