Sir/Madam, I am SOMNATH SAHA, CONSUMER NUMBER is: 50001007056, CUSTOMER ID is 50001376846 in the month of JULY my electric bill is about RS, 2040. which is very high as per my usage.PRESENT METER READING is not mentioned there. Having power cut for the last 4 hours which has made the life miserable for my two children and elderly parents. Please look into the matter and restore the service immediately. Consumer No 31085118052, customer id- 31000368741. I also sent sms to CESC at 4.37pm and the service was restored at around 6.30pm almost after 7 hrs of the power cut. I would like to inform there is seriously something wrong going on as I found that my electricity bill is coming almost double for last 3 months from the general months through out the year. And after looking at the bill both side I found that there is a column on the back where 6 months consumption chart given of the current and last year. And I found that my last 2 months electric consumption is exactly the same as 2014. How it is possible? This proves there is something wrong in the electricity bill. While going through last few months electricity bills including current bill have found that something is seriously wrong with the bill, the meter reading is wrong or the meter got faulty. Request you to get the fault rectified and raise correct bill for all previous bills including current bill on priority basis. As we are only 4 member residing in the home & out of which 2 member are out during the day for attending office.
