My Customer Id is 54000547570 and P No 73/7 in the name of Gobinda Chandra Roy of 410/B Anandamoth Ichapur is lay down following few lines for your kind consideration pls.
This is regarding my bill for the m/o Mar 2014. the bil amount is Rs 3450/- is too much high. Where as for past many years the has never exceeded 1200 rupees. There must surely be a mistake regarding the meter reading or meter faulty. Please recheck meter reading or meter faulty.

Ref: Consumer No.4635189001 and Consumer ID : 4600105526 Since January, 2014 onwards I am receiving bill for (0) unit, whereas my miter is running and shows regular use of units, which are being recorded by your Meter Reader regularly. I am unable to understand why Bill for (0) unit are being sent. I am afraid, you will raise the bill for these accumulated units at a time and I have to pay for these units @Rs.7.95 per unit. Hi, My consumer number is 11093077005. I made an online payment for Bill payment on 31st March 2014. The amount is Rs 1024.49 p There were three attempts made as it was showing up unsuccessful payments The transaction reference number for the three payments made are as follows: MUTI3303375534 MUTI3303378929 MUTI3303519910 Out of the above three, the transaction reference number MUTI3303378929 seems to be done successfully. Remaining were not successful. Please let me know when and how this amount would get reimbursed....

on 20 march 2014 with SBI transaction Id IGS2190655 AND IGS2187346 supp bill CESC payments bill was not generated from CESC site even the money for two transactions deducted from my Account.

i have complained SBI customer care they told transactions been successfully processed to marchant via order numbers 019748590 and 020385062 so kindly verify and refund my money to my bank accout...

Hello, As we are all aware that CESC is one of the Largest Electricity Supply Company. But their Customer Care Executive who are there to help us - the common people. Today, during 1:30AM, the electricity supply failure in our area. We waited till 2 hours. In the mean time, many people in our area called CESC complain board (Customer Care Number - 1912) to launch a complain regarding the Power CUT. But, surprisingly the customer care executives conveyed different resolve time to different people. Many of us knew that within 1 hour the power supply will come, few told within 2 hours and so on....

Dear Sir/Madam, In context to electricity disconnection in my premises by CESC, I need an information from you. Can CESC disconnect electricity if they don't get access to the meter(s) for say, 6-7 months, given the fact the bills are paid by CRES/E-payment and there is sufficient deposit available under CRES? If so, where is the rule? As per Sec.56 of The Electricity Act 2003, apparently, there is no such provision! Can an essential service like water and light be denied on such a flimsy ground? Dear sir,
I am a resident of 8/2 jessore road, dumdum (Area - shantikunja near central jail mor) kolkata - 700028.
Our lp no. And consumer is 132/2/3 and 46430239002 respectively.
For your information, there is a tree standing in front of a electric post which is near our lp.
I think there is a high probability that it might fall due to some wind action sometime in the near future.
In this type of a situation i am requesting you to take steps as soon as possible and restore our safety again....

There was spark near Meter Box and a complaint was lodged on 25th March 2014 and it was promptly attended on 25th March Morning itself. The problem was solved. However, on 26th March at 11 AM somebody reported to be from CESC came although no fresh complaint was lodged. This man handled the meter and cable system. We have a feeling that this man is not an authorized person of CESC. Kindly check from your end and if necessary again send your workmen to check the current situation. ANITA GHOSH 9836119678....

Hi Sir/Madam,
CESC has deducted an amount twice for a same bill. Unknowingly the bill was paid second time through net banking. Instead of showing already paid, they deducted the amount and also generated a second receipt as well. This is a kind of cheating what they will try to mask as system error. Please take action as early as possible.So I can get my money back and this fraud act can be stopped.

This is to inform you that we have been making payments pertaining to the bills for the entire tenure specified and it is evident from the payment schedule that there is no outstanding amount on the same.
Hence the intention for not allowing the meter to be accessed is not correct.

Without understanding the problem of the consumer and not providing any resolution to us, Madam Simita Chakraborty, Dy Manager Commercial lodged an allegation against our family on 18th March 2014 (afternoon) over telephone that we are not giving access to the meter. This is not correct.

I have received average bill(As mentioned in the bill) of rs1020.00 although last month it was rs 100/ -as the primises was vacant due to departure of tenants in the month of december'13. Electricity was not at all consumed during period mentioned in the bill..
Yesterday(14.03.14) a new meter was installed by your office. On enquiry they told reading is not displayed properly. If not used, then how reading will be reflected.
However, i have no objection regarding inatallation of new meter. But what about
Bill raised by you? Against no consumption why this bill raised?...
