Power Theft from my Apt's electric meter Customer ID - 11001441521

I would like to bring your attention that - the Ground floor resident of our building - Ajay Shaw is involved in power theft from my electric meter in regular basis. High Electric Bills

My electricity bills are unbelievably high, I have complaint to the customer care and they sent a representative to check the meter and said that the meter is ok and asked me to get the wiring checked with the electrician, but electrician has informed that the wirings are good. Please help...

Bill amount higher in winter

I am getting too much electricity bill last two months have my previous bill record. In this winter time where there is low consumption of electric in comparison to summer. but still this month i get high amount of bill .so kindly look into this matter. Check meter again. Its unfair and i am not going to pay this high amount....

Electricity theft at 23, b. L. Roy road howrah -1 by taking electricity from one to another holding when ever i raise my voice they says do what you want to do we don't care about it.

I requested a new meter. The agent of Howrah district, Golabari is asking to pay one thousand offline to clear Annexure- B. Please let me know I guess this is unethical as per my knowledge...

Power Cut Issue

From Last 2-3days we are facing a Power cut Problem. We already Complaints daily but no solution. As this is working form home, its very difficult to manage.. please check the power supply and resolve it ASAP...

Connection related

I request authorities to inquire whether CESC is purposely delaying permanent connections to customers and earning high amount of money thru' temporary connections. In Narendrapur area in Kolkata, they connect emergency connection within one day or two but go on collecting Rs1000+ per week, and it continues renewing for more than 3- 4weeks to charge high amount in the name of temporary connection....

Meter box jutted out from the wall. Meter condition is horrible (about to break).

Split shares are not credited in my demat account

Address:Cesc House, 4th Floor, Near Esplanate Metro Station, Chowranghee Square, Dalhousie-700001.

Total 15300 split shares should have been credited in my demat account on 17th september 2021. But they are still not deposited in my demat account.
Rs.76500 as dividend also not credited in my hdfc bank ac- [protected] for total 17000 shares. Per share dividend was rs.4.5.
Please credit 15300 shares in my demat account and deposit rs.74, 500 as dividend in my

Ignorance for new connection

I applied for new connection, but after the inspection is over by the CESC Team, inspite of having sufficient space, i got a letter that it is not possible to provide connection as there are no sufficient space in my flat...

South City Kolkata wrong bill

Since last month I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata.Last Month Electic bills was 3546 Units, which is very much high than what it should be.
I have a doubt in my mind that either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre as we are unable to check what exactly happening because the metres are locked in a room.
So request you to kindly look into it & resolve...
