I paid athe electricity bill through bill desk gateway using debit card on 29.5.20 at 3:29 pm& 3:41pm for 2 electric bills.

The amount (Rs 610& rs 510) has been deducted from my bank account but payment has not received by cesc. Till now cesc is showing the"bill is due". I did not get payment receipts....

Ever since 20/5/2020 we are not having any electricity at our plant. It has been over 8 days and we are struggling very much since there is no electricity to run a pump we are all without regular water supply....

In reference to consumer id [protected], c no [protected] and meter no 4417951, i, tathagata datta inform you that no electricity is consumed in last few months as it is kept locked. But unfortunately in the bill for march and april 116 and 60 units have been shown as consumed, after adjustment rs 760/- and rs 950/- have been shown as bill amount. Now the meter reading is 7766 though 7773 was shown as previous reading in the bill for march...

After 6 days of cyclone 'amphan ', electric supply has not been provided to nsc bose road, netaji nagar, kolkata -1. The people of this locality is facing very difficulty wantof the same. Please do needful action at the earliest...

My home is closed since 23rd march till now due to corona pandemic situation. I have received a bill of rs.310 for a consumption of 53 units. How can it be possible that a meter which is not used for that period consume 53 units.

We at new shakuntala park housing, biren roy road (W), sarsuna, kol-700061 have not had power since more than 80 hours now. The people who visited with electricians mentioned the damage was not too much.. Yet we have been receiving no response at all. Its being extremely inconvinient for us to carry on like this....

We have been struggling with power cut issue and the personnel who visited said it was not any major issue to be fixed. Yet there has been no action taken yet. We now are having trouble with water supply due to disruption in electricity as well....

Please arrange to provide power supply to my residence in bhagaban chatterjee lane area (Road from ichapur water tank towards kadamtala market).

At 6/a maijuddin zamadar lane kolkata 700017.for the last few month
I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata. I am using 4 tube light 2 fans and 1 tv but the Electic bills are coming above 1150 on April 2020 .which is very much high than what it should be.
I have a doubt either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre....

Due to the Cyclone Amphun, there has been a power cut in our locality since 20th May, 4:30pm. The power supply in our area has not yet been restored. People are facing a lot problems due to the current situation as most daily chores are now in a hault due to power cut. Please do look into the situation and take action as soon as possible....

I understand due to amphani various services have been interrupted.

However this is now extreme as after lodging the complaint still didn't see any actions from cesc.

In my locality people do have electricity in their apartments and houses however in our building there is still no power.

There are old people and kids that are facing a lot of trouble.

I Ranit bag resident of 109/17 SNN Ganguly road howrah..complained of no electric supply for last 3 days. Yesterday Cesc repaired wires .but no electric supply got till now. Pkeaee take immediate steps ... customer id-[protected] and [protected]...

Wrt to. Consumer no. [protected] several complaints has been made but not yet restored... Everytime they are saying work in progress... It now. More than 36 hrs without electricity and its getting tougher as my mom is diabetic cant bear heat... Also no water in house... Half of the phases has already been restored in jawpur area day before yesterday itself... Half is pending... Kindly do the needful......
