My february 2019 bill says i have used 357 units. According to cesc calculator the amount should be around rs 3018. However the bill amount is rs 5830. I have paid jan 2019 month's bill. The payment status of last month's bill shows paid. There is no reason that i can find, for an increased bill amount, except for a mistake. I am a bona fide consumer, and i am never irregular in my remittances. I follow a very clearly defined energy consumption policy, since i am trained in it.
