I left my flat in vacant from the month of DEC14 & had maintained a advance amount of balance, At present Surprisingly authority started thinking that bill should be there as on avarage, but my querey is on which ground these bill generated for the month of Marc15, April 15 & May 15, when I am not staying in flat & not consuming any Electricity.
