CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — billing issue - consumer no. [protected]

Hi, This is to bring into your notice that I am receiving high bill amounts every month. I have lodged several complains vide www.Cesc.co.in however have not yet received any response. Also please check that the arrear charges in bill no. [protected] is Rs. 1447.18 whereas my outstanding bill for Dec. 2014 is 442.37.
