CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — CESC Online Receipt is not generated from the website and no email

My Consumer No [protected]. On 18.11.2014, I have paid On line Electricity Bill Payment of Rupees 1135.00 for the month of Oct'2014 through Union Bank Debit Card. But unfortunate, I have not received neither any payment receipt from online system of CESC, nor email also, although the said amount had debited from account. I hereby request for immediate Payment Receipt from the system as well as email. Also I request you to send the current receipt as soon as possible.
