CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Con. No [protected] - Dwarka Nath Bose - Excessive billing for May

The `Previous Meter Reading' in my May bill is absent & is given as xxxxxxx. As a result the units consumed is given as 1982 units which is totally excessive. My consumption for the months this year have been 305, 283, 312, 288 and 434 units. As a result I am not liable to pay the amount of Rs. 17, 650 billed for this month.
