CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — consumer no is [protected] - out of station but still got energy charge of RS.170

I am a consumer of CESC and My consumer no is [protected] and consumer id is [protected]. I am not living in my house. So there should be no energy charge. I already paid the bill March 2015. Despite this energy charge is incurred Rs.115 in April'2015 bill(?) and got the bill of Rs 170 in May, 2015. The total bill amount should be much less than the amount incurred.
