CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Correction of Name & Address

WOW! I have faced a horrible experience with the activities of your customer care section & I really have become disgusted with the above said unit of a leading company, serving to the nation of my beloved country. So now pl. lend me your ears for the following facts 1) I had made complaints no.3152343 & 3152630 for the correction of my address as per documents supplied by me to your end but your HR/ Billing section has changed the name of the subscriber which is reflected as per the bill of 04/15( scanned copy attached) where as the name of the subscriber was correct as per the bill of 03/15( scanned copy attached). More over the address of mine was not corrected as per my document( scan copy of my flat possession letter attached) 2) At this situation I have tried to make a complaint to your end but your software system didn';t allow me to explain all these & so I am bound to send it via this mail. 3) It is to be mentioned that my Name & address should be as follows: Name: SAIKAT DHARA Address: REGENT GANGA FLAT NO. 3B, BLOCK NO. 4, 9K, G.T.ROAD, POST--UTTARPARA/ KOTRONG, DIST. HOOGHLY, WEST BENGAL, PIN.712232 So you are now requested for the correction of my billing address & to send the same(duplicate bill for the month 04/15) to my address(hard copy) as well as to my E.Mail( soft copy) Scan copy of my Voter I.D card is hereby attached herewith for your kind perusal please.
