I am a consumer of CESC, my consumer no. Is [protected], Type- Domestic, at the time of e-payment of electric bill for the month of September, 2013 on 25.10.2013 the billing amount of Rs.1366.00 has been deducted twice, this transaction is also appearing in my pass book. and my bank also issued me a certificate that the amount is credited to CESC twice.
I have submitted the application for adjust the amount against next bill to my regional office .The Sr. Commercial executive of CESC (Mr. Raj mangal singh of south regional office, Mandeville Gardens) said that they have received the amount only once, and he referred this case to Mr. Rupam Nag /Mr.A sing of head office, Victoria house, then I met Mr. A .Singh, he is telling that we have received the amount once, we can not do anything.
Now this is my request to take necessary action
