[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — E-receipt not generated but Credit Card debited | |||
I have paid a bill for consumer no. [protected] amounting to Rs. 4680 from my HDFC Bank Credit Card on 20.11.2014 at 12:09:39 Hrs. Unfortunately, the E-receipt has not been generated but the amount has been debited from my credit card. Please make sure that the amount has been credited to the above consumer no.. Otherwise investigate properly and do the needful and issue me the e-receipt or credit the amount to my credit card, i[censored]nsuccessful so that I can make the payment again.
