I have received average bill(As mentioned in the bill) of rs1020.00 although last month it was rs 100/ -as the primises was vacant due to departure of tenants in the month of december'13. Electricity was not at all consumed during period mentioned in the bill..
Yesterday(14.03.14) a new meter was installed by your office. On enquiry they told reading is not displayed properly. If not used, then how reading will be reflected.
However, i have no objection regarding inatallation of new meter. But what about
Bill raised by you? Against no consumption why this bill raised? As the due date is
22.03.2013. I request you to take immediate corrective measure & send a revised bill
As per your rules. Otherwise i will be compelled to approach ld. Ombudsman/ cosumer court.
