Further to inform you that in the month of June’14 bill you have shown that no units were consumed and advised not to pay the bill, though the concerned person of your end who has taken the meter reading told verbally that a sum of 164 units were consumed in the month of June’2014 and if you go through the log book of meter reading you will find that another meter bearing consumer no.[protected] situated in the same meter box was read and billed, so it can not be said that meter was inaccessible.
