CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Excess billing

This is to inform you that my electricity bill for July 2015(NAME--MD HELALUDDIN HAIDER, ADDRESS--11/B ANJUMAN ROAD KOLKATA 700014, CUSTOMER ID-[protected], BILL NO- [protected]) is Rs 4430 and total unit 513. But no checking of meter was done on be half of you for this month and even today the meter does't show that such a huge unit has been consumed.This bill is unexeptedly high because I don't have AC or anything that consume so much electricity. Please take necessary step to adjust the excess amount after checking the meter and oblige me.
