CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Excessive Bill in my Account since last 3/4 Months

Dear Authorities, Since last 3/4 or more we are receiving excessive electricity bill. Our Consumer Number is [protected]. Each time it is showing increased units consumption whereas day by day we are trying to control and restrict the usage as far as possible thereby putting off the switches hand to hand and ensuring power off in all appliances after ending its function. We had complained against CESC before also and after 2/3 months the Bill became actual but I feel sorry to say that if this happens frequently then recurring complaint has to be raised and highlighted. I would request and beg for its' permanent solution.
