EXCESSIVE ELECTRIC BILL To, To CESC LTD. Kolkata Sir, Our consumer nos. is [protected] . It is very astonishing to find that our electricity bill supplied by you showing a tremendous increase in consumption in the month of June, 2014 though there is no such electrical gadgets are used as may be marked from our consumption units for last one year. But statistics showing a huge amount of billing comparing with the last year as well as the amount before the month of June, 2014. Again your inspector came for taking the meter reading occasionally although our active family members are always physically present in our house. SO IT IS VERY AMBIGUOUS HOW THE UNIT CONSUMPTION IS MEASURED. We hope you should take proper steps to clarify the situation and take necessary action to control the wrong or manipulations what so ever be called from your end for the next billing.
