Dear Sir, My billing of October 2014 was nearly double. On an average where consumption had been between 260-286 units, suddenly I find that the consumption was showing 434 units in Oct'14. This figure is absurd as no extra commodity was used and on top of that my microwave oven was non-working for last 1.5 months. I think that there must be some anomaly in your meter reading and I hope the matter shall be sought out soon. Thanking you With Regards Salil Mukherjee
