[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Failure to receive receipt

I have made online payment on the[protected] for electricity charges for the month of October, 2014 using debit card of Axis Bank and received a message from the bank that an amount of Rs. 1029.00 has been debited from my account. However, the e-receipt was not generated by the CESC. The consumer No. is [protected], customer SM Chhaya Mukherjee, Address 51/2 Rajendra Avenue, Uttarpara, Hooghly, 712258, LP 10/2/4. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
