[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Faulty kitkat not repaired in the meter room inspite of three reminders.

Dear Sir,
Due to fluctuation in the electric line of my house I lodged a complaint at your office on 29.8.2014. The electriciansfrom your department came and after examining the line told that the kit kat had to be replaced. They promised to do the needful within two days. As nobody came from your office to replace the kit kat I booked another complaint on 2.9.14 vide docket no.[protected]. After waiting for three more days I again contacted your office on 5.9.14. Another docket no.[protected] dt.5.9.14 was given to me with the promise to rectify the fault within two hours. Till date nobody from your office either contacted me or rectified the fault. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary measures to rectify the fault immediately.
