[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Frequent power cut

Wthin gap of 15 to 20 days power distrube at 11:15 pm till 00.15 am, it has been observed that one no phase was out of order because the other flats of the same building & other houses ofthe same locality having power.

My grivance

1.Immediately i rang up customer care ph no 1912 / [protected] /[protected], not a single
Line was responding, finally complain lodge thru sms.

2. You should take care of line, if it was repaired properly ( one phase), should not
Be disordered two times within the span of 15 to 20 days, as a result we are
Physically, mentally & commercially harresed
Pls take care so that customer should not be harresed.
