This is to inform you that my father Mr Gobinda Prosad Sen Gupta was made to visit different different counters for an hour when he went there to submit advance payment against consumer numbers [protected] and [protected]. It happened due to sheer inefficiency of your staff on 13th June, 2015 in cesc taratala cesc office. Plz take strict action

Updated by dipankar007 My father Mr Gobinda Prosad Sen Gupta is 80 years old. Is this the way you treat a senior citizen. I am sure this happens with others also. Please remove these inefficient staff.
