CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — High amount bills from past 3 months

Sir,
In the month of February a repairing done from your side and suddenly after that month the bills started to going higher and higher each and every month as it was Rs.1190/- in the month of February 2014 and for March and April Rs.4930/- for May 2014 it was Rs.2690/-.Previously it was around Rs.500/- in 2011 which suddenly gone high up to Rs.1000/- from then I complaint but no inspection done only a reply I got that the bill is reflecting original usage where to control I even changed my wiring and all the electrical appliances to energy efficient as Bulbs and tube lights to CFL but no change in the bills amounted.
Please Help me to come out of the problem!
