I am writing to bring your attention that this month we have received a exceptionally high bill of Rs 5000/ for the month of March 2015 than we usually receive Always our bill is in the range of Rs 1000 to Rs 1100 that you can check through our previous bills records for every month We do not have any AC connection or other gadgets of high electric consumption Please look into this as I am a pensioner and not in a position to pay this high bill I will be obliged if you can provide a quick solution Looking forward to prompt reply.
