Please find the details below My CESC customer Id : [protected] My Bill No : [protected] My Consumer No : [protected] I have received my latest bill of Oct, 2014 on 29th Oct asking for an amount of 1800 INR. Last month we had very restricted use to the electricity because of the fact that it showed ab normal trend in billing for the last 4-5 months and was in upper side while comparing to last year's Unit readings for the same time. In all the months from May to Oct it has become almost Double. See the trend in units last year 223(May) ... 208(Jun) ... 139(Jul) ... 121( Aug)... 156(Sep)... 135(Oct) This year 394(May)... 307(Jun) ... 273(Jul) ... 203(Aug) ...310(Sep) ...268(Oct) Last Month we did not opt for A/C service and used limited utilities to pin point the issue. Can my case be checked ( billing issue/meter reading issue/ functional issue of the meter box ) and correct action be taken. I am going to log a separate complaint to CESC customer care over phone.
