I have received my latest bill of Oct, 2014 on 29th Oct asking for an amount of 1800 INR. Last month we had very restricted use to the electricity because of the fact that it showed ab normal trend in billing for the last 4-5 months and was in upper side while comparing to last year's Unit readings for the same time. In all the months from May to Oct it has become almost Double.

I am going to log a separate complaint to CESC customer care over phone.
